Premier Commission LLC ("Premier Commission", "we") respects your privacy. We keep personal information private, confidential and secure, and we never sell it. This policy explains what we collect on www.premiercommission.com and in our application portal at advance.premiercommission.com, and how we use it.

What we collect

• When you apply: the information requested in the application, such as your name, contact details, date of birth, address, license number, brokerage details, transaction details, documents you upload and banking details for funding.
• When you contact us: your name, email, phone number and message.
• When you browse: standard usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and the campaign that brought you to the site (for example, the ad or email you clicked). We collect this with cookies and similar technologies described below.

How we use it

• To review and provide commission advances, including verifying your transaction and commission with your brokerage.
• To respond to your questions and send you information about your application.
• To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations and to prevent fraud.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to respond to your application and questions. SMS opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our SMS terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with your brokerage to verify and complete your advance, with service providers who operate our website, application portal, email and analytics on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

• Google Analytics and Google Ads measure site use and advertising results. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google account.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record anonymous page views and performance without cookies.
• pc_attrib is our own cookie. It stores the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (such as utm_source or gclid) for up to 90 days so we know which campaigns lead to applications. It does not contain your name or contact details.

Security

Applications are submitted through our secure portal over encrypted connections, and you verify your identity with a one-time code sent to your email. Please do not send sensitive information such as bank account or Social Security numbers through the contact form or by regular email.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by contacting us below. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are for licensed real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
