Premier Commission, The Commission Advance Company
How it works

How a commission advance works

You and your brokerage sell us part of a commission you've earned on a pending sale. We send the money today, and your brokerage pays us the advanced amount from the commission at closing.

Four steps

Most agents finish the application in a few minutes.

  1. 1

    Go under contract

Once your purchase contract is fully executed and contingencies are removed, your commission qualifies.

  2. 2

    Apply online

Verify your email with a 6-digit code, add your brokerage and deal details, and upload the sales contract.

  3. 3

    Sign your agreement

We send your advance agreement within an hour of a complete application. You and your broker sign electronically.

  4. 4

    Get funded

Funds go out by ACH the same business day when your signed agreement reaches us by 1 PM ET. Your brokerage pays us from the commission at closing.

What your broker signs

The advance agreement is signed by you and your brokerage. We verify the transaction and the commission with your office before funding, and at closing your brokerage pays us the advanced amount.

Funding cut-off

Signed agreements received by 1 PM ET on a business day are funded by ACH that day. Agreements received later, or on weekends and bank holidays, are funded the next business day.

Your next advance

Your agent and brokerage details are saved in the portal. Sign in, choose Request a New Advance, and add the new deal.
