Let your agents get paid before closing
Your agent applies. Your brokerage signs one agreement. At closing, you pay us the advanced amount from the commission and pay your agent the rest as usual.
Keep your agents producing
Agents can fund marketing, listing prep and their bills between closings instead of waiting on a check.
Commission paid as usual
At closing you pay us the advanced amount from the commission and pay your agent the rest.
One agreement to sign
Your brokerage signs the advance agreement with the agent. We verify the deal and commission with your office first.
Works with your process
We coordinate directly with your commissions manager and follow your approved-vendor requirements.
How it works for your office
Four steps, and your commissions process stays the same.
- 1

Online, with the purchase agreement and your commission statement.
- 2
We verify with your office
We confirm the transaction and the commission amount with your commissions manager.
- 3
You and the agent sign
We send the advance agreement for e-signature. Signed by 1 PM ET on a business day, the agent is funded that day.
- 4
At closing
You pay Premier Commission the advanced amount from the commission, and pay your agent the remainder.
Add Premier Commission as an approved vendor
Tell us about your brokerage and we'll send what your office needs to approve us, and a contact for your commissions team.

Broker questions
What does the brokerage sign?
The advance agreement, together with your agent. It identifies the transaction, the commission and the amount advanced, and directs that the advanced amount be paid to Premier Commission from the commission at closing.
Does the brokerage pay a fee?
No. The fee is part of the agent's agreement with us and is deducted from the advance.
What if the closing date moves?
Every advance includes a 14-day grace period after the scheduled closing date. Let us know about new dates so our records match yours.
